For me these two filters do everything I want:

Matches: list:(<[email protected]>)
Do this: Skip Inbox, Apply label "Vim"

Matches: list:([email protected])
Do this: Skip Inbox, Apply label "Vim"

I think the "Matches: " part is what you're looking for.
