According to "hg annotate", +mouse_urxvt was added to src/version.c in
changeset 98a05814f1b4 dated 2011-10-20, and +mouse_sgr in changeset
44038a9777aa dated 2012-08-15. I had not noticed that has() couldn't
check for them, which is (obviously) the purpose of the present patch.
