there should be:
*'fileignorecase'* *'fic'* *'nofileignorecase'*
*'nofic'*
Note that there are two entries for 'wic' in the help tags file (at
lines 1078 and 1079) but since they issue a search command and not a
line number, ":h 'wic'" always finds the wrong one, ":ts 'wic'" only
gives the wrong one, etc.
