* Negative impact will not be that great only in absolute measures and because 
I don’t need to pass about a hundred KiBs with these new interfaces like I 
needed for vim.bindeval. In relative measures it will likely be greater due to 
the use of :redir and parsing output. I am talking here about querying 
information. Difference in speed of creation of commands and mappings using new 
interfaces will be insignificant and much less in both absolute in relative 
measures.

I just mentioned a thing I have forgot: interface to highlight groups.
