I hope this patch fixes this problem: https://bitbucket.org/k_takata/vim-win32-mq/src/8f92ca7ff316a33060bbba7690d060c8ecd725be/fix-ruby-win64.patch?at=default I think this patch also fixes the problem reported in https://groups.google.com/d/msg/vim_dev/P8l30hk9hyE/VqiZF7ZDsrwJ .
