Looks really good. I briefly skipped through it, and found some possible minor 
improvements.
- On line 140 it says "EDITTEN" while you neatly translate every other word 
like e.g. "bewerken" and "toevoegen" (line 116). It might be more consistent to 
use the word "Bewerken" here as well.
- On many places it says "hou" or "onthou" while the correct dutch word is 
"houd" and "onthoud".
- It is a good thing that you put the english translation of a command between 
parentheses after the dutch translation, because they are better mnemonics. 
However, on some places you don't follow this pattern, for example on lines 
318, 609, 654, 821, and there may be some more.

That being said I think it's a really good translation. You may not agree with 
all of the changes, but that's fine. That's why I didn't change them myself, 
and just put them here.
