At link time:
misc1.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol modify_fname
There is a call to modify_fname() in home_replace() in misc1.c that is
compiled in on Windows, but the function in eval.c is not compiled in
unless at least features are normal. Simplest fix is to exclude windows
from the check in misc.c:
