Looking at if_python3.c, the definition of python3_loaded seems to be guarded
by the python 2 preprocessor symbols:
#if (defined(DYNAMIC_PYTHON) && defined(FEAT_PYTHON)) || defined(PROTO)
int
python3_loaded()
{
return (hinstPy3 != 0);
}
#endif
Is this an error?
