I expect to see the help topic for normal-mode !!{filter} command, just above
:help v_!
Instead I'm taken to the help for :!!, 'Repeat the last ":!{cmd}".'
This is in Vim 7.4.0, but I don't see any description in patches 1-16 which
appears related.
