This is the termresponse string that is sent by the terminal in
response to a query from Vim.  See

    :helpgrep t_RV

I used to see this a lot when running the 'p4 diff' command in my
Perforce workspace, but I wasn't able to find the cause at the time
and I haven't seen it recently.
