I find the behavior of 'langmap' strange and backward, see also

I would expect it to be used like this:
:set langmap=цw,мv
:nnoremap w v
instead of the current way:
:set langmap=цw,мv
:nnoremap ц м
If i change a keyboard layout and set the 'langmap', i need to change ALL my
mappings.
By the way, it would be nice if there was an option to set 'langmap'
automatically from the current layout.
