This one references a one step outdated revision. Most actual one can be
achieved under http://bb.haikuports.org/haikuports/src as the
app-editors/vim/patches/vim-7.4.patch.

As Adrien said this is BeOS GUI from the version 6.x just updated and fixed for
Haiku. Some features like visual dialogs, toolbar, tabline and popup menus were
implemented by me. In the beginning of resurrecting GUI support for Haiku some
patches (like multi-byte support) that were floating around in the BeOS/Zeta
community were applied too.

It was assumed to use vim license and be proposed for upstream some day in the
future.
