Hello Bram,

after defining a custom highlight group "Subtitle" (for personal use), I
was surprised that it affected the :help syntax. The syntax/help.vim
script defines this intermediate group for the hyperlinks (at least
since Vim 7.0). Let's remove this intermediate group because:

1. it's unexpected (appearing only with the 'help' filetype), can create
confusion
2. it's not documented, not needed, nor apparently used anywhere else
3. it's the only highlight group that doesn't adhere to the
"help{GroupName}" naming scheme.
