I have find the problem.
It's about:
set lines=40
set columns=85
I set colunns and lines in xterm.
It must make xterm's setting wrong.
So I change this to:
if has("gui_running")
set lines=40
set columns=85
endif
I hopethis informiation will help other and developers.
