Greetings vim developers!

While working on a marketplace software that lists Vim among available apps, we
identified Vim having a rather dated application icon. During a marathon where
we try to update the looks of various FOSS application icons[1] Lapo
Calamandrei did an excellent job rendering the Vim project identity into a
modern icon[2].

I'm not very well versed in mercurial, but here's a git style patch to have the
app icon install an additional 256x256 app icon as well as update the smaller
sized PNGs.

We'll be happy to provide a metro styled stencil for Windows 8, but I'm afraid
somebody else would need to step up and hook it up into the build system.

cheers!
