Yes, definitely!  But can we, please, change the documentation like 
I suggested in my second e-mail so that the information can be more 
easily found?
If it had been obvious from the documentation that v:beval_winnr is 
0-based, I wouldn't have suggested the change.  I think when you read 
help for 'bexpr' it is not obvious that you should also follow on to 
help for v:beval_winnr.
