Now that you mention this, I see that:
- Most, but not all, tags under ":help sub-replace-special" have a slash
immediately after the initial s
- There already is a tag for :s\= (without slash after the s, and with
an initial colon which the others lack) on the same line as
*sub-replace-special*, with a link to |sub-replace-expression| two lines
below that.
