Actually, you might have a different issue. Does your _vimrc change the
settings for 'shell', 'shellxquote', and/or 'shellcmdflag'? Vim's quoting
behavior on Windows changed significantly between 7.3 and 7.4, so that old
workarounds for the atrocious quoting rules in the cmd.exe shell no longer
work and will cause errors like not being able to read temp files or not
being able to view diffs.
