New issue 253 by [email protected]: tab-completion on the cmdline does not
appear to work for autoload functions

When trying to tab-complete an autoload function on the cmdline, it fails
to complete properly after the dash ("#").
E.g., `:call neobundle#ge<tab>` will complete `call()` etc, like with
`:call ge<tab>`.
The completion works properly with e.g. `:tj`, but that's likely because it
completes tags file identifiers as-is.
Where/how is the completion for `:call` defined?
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
