If I remember correctly, the problem is for small window sizes when a
tab spans several lines and one is using gj/gk. Currently you need to
press those keys several times until it moves over those "unaccessible"
lines. It is easier to reproduce with a larger 'ts' value.
I'll leave the patch around and check it soon.
