No problem. The Google Code issue is currently discussed here.
The repository (and the bug tracker) will migrate somewhere, it's just
not clear where yet.
In any case, since you are having a distinct issue with a runtime file,
please contact the maintainer of that file (his contact address is
mentioned in that particular file). He should fix the issue and provide
a fixed runtime file for inclusion with Vim to Bram. There is not much
more we can do here.
