I get this an error compiling on Win64:

os_win32.c:3384:1: error: conflicting types for 'mch_can_exe'
 mch_can_exe(char_u *name, char_u **path)
 ^
In file included from proto.h:53:0,
                 from vim.h:1974,
                 from os_win32.c:23:
proto/os_win32.pro:29:5: note: previous declaration of 'mch_can_exe' was here
 int mch_can_exe __ARGS((char_u *name, char_u **path, int use_path));
     ^
Make_cyg_ming.mak:781: recipe for target 'gobjnative/os_win32.o' failed

This patch changes the prototype for the function mch_can_exe() by adding the argument "int use_path", but the function itself was not changed accordingly.

Cheers
John
