If I use your script, I can't build vim. The problem seems to be, that the
SDK_INCLUDE_DIR variable is quoted. If you remove the quotes from the path,
and add that as environment variable I can build vim successfully using
nmake -f Make_mvc.mak in the vim\src directory.
