Hi,

I want more words around the explanations referring to ‘git pull.’

In the articles you wrote, there are two different kinds of usages of ‘git 
pull’; those preceded by ‘git checkout master’ and those standalone.

I’m not sure of the exact condition(s) under which I have to prepend ‘git 
checkout master’ to ‘git pull’.

If this requires a lengthy explanation, having a link to that would be helpful.

I think the articles themselves look lucid enough to encourage git novices to 
try it.
