on "'\$#'": everything after becomes shDoubleQuote
https://code.google.com/p/vim/issues/detail?id=364
What steps will reproduce the problem?
a=b
echo "'\$#'"
c=d
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Everything after the # is highlighted as shDoubleQuote
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
