FWIW, I have setup a cronjob to periodically build and upload a new Vim
build when a new patchlevel is available. However, that machine only has
sporadic Internet connectivity, so this is not as regularly as it
sounds.
It should however upload a new build for analysis every now and then and
defect reports should be available more regularly from now on.
