PV_KEY is only defined if FEAT_CRYPT is defined (option.c, line 131).
This patch adds a test of PV_KEY if FEAT_AUTOCMD and FEAT_EVAL are
defined in two places. If FEAT_CRYPT is defined you get this (on windows
x64, using gcc 5.1.0 x64):
