Ahh, I just remembered I was looking to be the maintainer, and had completely
forgotten about it.

https://code.google.com/p/vim/issues/detail?id=280

The version I want to include is here:
https://github.com/raymond-w-ko/vim-lua-indent/blob/master/after/indent/lua.vim

However, it has much more complicated since it tries to vertically align
function call parameters that span multiple lines, detects and trims false
keywords in strings and multi comments which trip up the old one.

I also get a feeling some of the ways that it indents might be controversial.
Since there isn't something like PEP8 for Python, I don't know if there is a
way to establish consensus or what Lua users think indenting should be like.

In the tests I have, I tried importing some of the test cases from nmap, and I
disagree with how some of the indents should be done / the code style.

Also, here is the last email I got from in a thread with Marcus in it on Wed,
10 Jun 2015 08:07:12 -0700 (PDT):

Hi all,
Since I haven't got the time to consider all the alternatives and publish a=
fully-featured indent script all at once, I think I should join you all on=
Github and evolve the script there with your suggestions/collaboration. Wh=
at do you think about that?
Currently I don't have a Github account (I only have a BitBucket account fo=
r my personal projects), but if you think it's a good idea, I will start wo=
rking on it.
