That is not a problem with forwarding, that is a problem of abusing the
issue mechanism to ask a question.
I think we need a few people to weed out issues. If it is not an issue
but a question, quickly delete the issue and tell the reported to use
the Vim maillist. Christian has already done some of this.
I don't see a way in GitHub to have some text show up when using the
"New issue" button. There doesn't even seem to be a way to have some
kind of issue template.
