Hello, I ran into this today. I wanted to type "naar het", but typed "naa rhet" accidentally. This was, of course, picked up as a spelling problem.
Next, I visually selected those two words and hit z= to get spelling suggestions, Unfortunately, this did not yield any useful suggestions. My RFE is: If two words are visually selected, and z= is hit, consider these two permutations: "na arhet" and "naar het" first (in this case). If either of those permutations yield no spelling errors, suggest that as the first 'hit'. If I get the time (...) I'll try to look into this myself, but I wanted to put the RFE here first, since other people may have a better insight into the code, and may have done this before (it would be my first or second Vim patch...)
