I didn't see a crash yet today, but I did see some corruption of the location
list today, specifically the "current" item selected and highlighted in the
list is not matching up with the actual item jumped to, it is off by one.

How I got there:

I use eclim, which sometimes uses autocmds to populate the quickfix or location
list on file save (with some sort of code analysis).

I have 'confirm' set.

So when I leave an unsaved file by jumping to the next quickfix hit, I get
prompted to save.

When I saved, the quickfix list got modified in the middle of jumping. I used
":lolder" to get back to the previous list, but I think this scenario causes
problems.

Today it was an off-by-one error in the "current" item. I'm not sure what
happens if the new list is empty, but perhaps that contributed to my crash a
couple days ago.
