Not sure, if this is correct, I ported it to vim, but it didn't seem to
have any effect.
If anybody has a test case¹, that works, I'd like to hear so I can port
it to vim and add a test.
¹) I tried with the example provided in the pull request, but it didn't
seem to work. Perhaps I missed something.
