Hi,

When I compile Vim for MSYS2 (linked with msys-2.0.dll), I found that Win32
clipboard is not enabled.  MSYS2 is a fork of Cygwin, so the following patch
works fine.

BTW, the official binary from MSYS2 is clipboard-enabled, so an MSYS2
