The few times I look over the shoulder of someone installing Vim on Windows, the main problem is that there are too many choices. For most users there should be just one Download button that will work. Then a list of alternatives for people who don't want the default. If I look at https://tuxproject.de/projects/vim/ I don't see that button. In fact I don't know how to download. Perhaps you can redo that page. I would expect a nice big download button, with an explanation of what is in that download. E.g., is Python included or does it need to be installed separately? -- Place mark here ->[ ]<- if you want a dirty monitor. /// Bram Moolenaar -- [email protected] -- http://www.Moolenaar.net \\\ /// sponsor Vim, vote for features -- http://www.Vim.org/sponsor/ \\\ \\\ an exciting new programming language -- http://www.Zimbu.org /// \\\ help me help AIDS victims -- http://ICCF-Holland.org /// -- -- You received this message from the "vim_dev" maillist.
