With patch 7.4.1023 I changed the build rules to not convert the runtime
files from unix to dos line endings.  I have built a new self-installing
executable from this.  It is available here:

ftp://ftp.vim.org/pub/vim/pc/gvim74-1024.exe

Let me know if you have problems with this one.

Ken Takata is close to having the continuous build produce this kind of
installer, so we can have a fresh MS-Windows Vim very often.  We can use
the installer I created "the old way" to check if the result of the
continuous build works the same way.
