The csscomplete file is very old, so any update would be welcome.
The maintainer has not disappeared, I sent a message a few months ago.
When you write someone that doesn't know you an email, it helps a lot if
you use your real name. I myself have a tendency to quickly trash
messages if I don't see who it is coming from. Unfortunately github
accounts have made this much worse lately...
