Note that I added a TODO item: with a quick test I noticed Vim crashed
on exit after using a Tcl command. This happens when EXITFREE is
defined. I'm not sure why. For me it reproduces with:
% vim
:tcl puts "Hello"
:q
For now I added an early return when Vim is exiting. I hope you can
figure out what's wrong. It appears this does not happen with staticlly
linked Tcl.
