Would appreciate it if you make a patch.  Please see section 02.8
in the user manual.  Somehow it can fit in there, avoiding too much
duplication, but it's nice to have a table with all the possibilities,
with an example.  The Summary there is too short and using "The same"
means it has to be read from start to end.
