I am inclined to say use post-receive hooks, but those don't seem to be 
available on github (since they would need to be run on the server 
side).

I already maintain a script, that pushes all changes from the main 
github/vim/vim repository to bitbucket/vim-mirror/vim repository. I 
think, we could enhance it and push once a day, if a change was done to 
a new repository.

One would have to trust me however and I can promise, that it will 
eventually break one way or the other.
