sorry, probably my message wasn't clear. Ben Fritz was talking about creating commits and then rebasing. My example was referred to that, so: $ git add -A $ git commit -m 'whatever' $ git pull --rebase it's just to do the "pull and then rebase" action in one command. in general you cannot rebase if you have local modifications, so you either commit them or stash them. -- -- You received this message from the "vim_dev" maillist.
