Using <c-x><c-o> after "<u" in a HTML file incorrectly suggests uppercase 
completions ("UL" and "BLOCKQUOTE" in my case) instead of the appropriate 
lowercase completions. There are no uppercase tags in the document 
(htmlcomplete.vim of 20.06.2014).
