For backward compatibility, script authors wanting to use this new
feature should of course check ":if exists(':mapgroup') == 2" (or
maybe "if has('mapgroup')" if a feature of that name is also defined),
and avoid using not only :mapgroup but also :mapclear-within-a-group
if the feature is not present.
If one wants to use it even in Vim builds compiled with -eval (which
don't have :try, and where :if ... :endif is a nestable comment)
something else will have to be found.
