As the note mentions, "expr" and "eval" have been merged. Just use
"expr" with a number to get what "eval" did before:
Possible commands are:
["redraw" {forced}]
["ex", {Ex command}]
["normal", {Normal mode command}]
["expr", {expression}, {number}]
["expr", {expression}]
["call", {func name}, {argument list}, {number}]
["call", {func name}, {argument list}]
Both "expr" and "call" will send a response when the {number} argument
is there. That seemed better than having four commands, two of which
would fail when the {number} argument is missing.
