We should have a command line option to not give the warning. perhaps
"--not-a-tty"? And use that for all tests. We have some flags that
influence the message, but they might have side effects for the tests.
I actually also have this problem when doing ":make test_alot" from
inside Vim, it's not just AppVeyor.
