FYI:

I couldn't build vim on following environments (by vim's default build-flags).

* CentOS 5, gcc 4.1.2

Old gcc, 4.1.2, doesn't define NAN or INFINITY by default.

"-std=gnu99" is needed.

* OpenIndiana (Solaris), gcc 4.8.5

isinf(), NAN, INFITITY are not declared/defined as far as conforming C89 .

"-std=gnu99" or "-std=c99 and some macros to declare using SUS feature (e.g.
-D_XPG6 -D__EXTENSIONS__)" are needed.

"gcc -ansi -pedantic" reports a warning of using C99 feature.
