I've got a module in which I keep passwords, encrypted with blowfish2 --
recently (and I can't be more specific than that) when I open that file
it opens a completely blank gvim window, where there used to be a
message informing me that the module is encrypted and I need to input
the key
thinking it was due to building with GTK3 I modified my config to build
with GTK2 and built and installed that, but the password module still
opens to a blank window
if I type in the key the module opens and paints successfully, but ppl
who are trying out encryption for the first time may well not know what
is supposed to happen if they don't see that message
does anyone else see this happening with their blowfish2 encrypted
files?
