I have slightly updated the num64 patch.
I changed to use vim_snprintf() instead of sprintf() when a 64-bit number is
used, and removed VARNUMBER_FMT.  I think this makes the source codes a bit
easier to understand.  E.g.:

Before:
            sprintf((char *)buf, "%"VARNUMBER_FMT"d",
                                            (varnumber_T)varp->vval.v_number);
After:
            vim_snprintf((char *)buf, NUMBUFLEN, "%lld",
                                            (varnumber_T)varp->vval.v_number);
