Sorry, no idea why I was assuming one would install pyclewn from
source. Anyway, download pyclewn-2.3.tar.gz from
https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pyclewn and expand the tarball. This is
where the test should be run after pyclewn has been installed,
possibly with pip.
