Thanks, Some linux distributions have freezed vim version to 7.4.*, they will not upgrade vim to 8.0 in a short time. Maybe we have to wait for more than 2 years to get 8.0 packages upgraded in all the linux distributions.
But it seems that they are glad to upgrade a patch version like 7.4.* as soon as possible. So, I wonder if the quickfix improvements which referenced in todo.txt (:cbottom, etc) could be introduced in 7.4.* before 8.0 ??
