Glad to hear that.

It appears the most common failure on AppVeyor is now that test 61 fails
once in a while.  The test is a bit flaky and that's hard to fix (the
functionality actually depends on elapsed time).  On Unix we run the
test a second time when it fails.  I did an attempt to retry the test on
Win32 when it fails, but didn't manage to make it work.

Now that we have test_settime() that would be another way to fix the
test.  Would also make it faster, we can remove the sleep.  Anyone want
to give that a try?
